Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: May 27, 2026

Our commitment

Sports Broadcasting Academy with Dave Rothenberg is committed to making our website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as a core part of how we build, not an afterthought, and we work to meet the needs of users who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and browser zoom.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is the standard referenced by U.S. Department of Justice guidance under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, by the New York State Human Rights Law, and by the New York City Human Rights Law.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with descriptive headings and landmarks.
  • Visible focus indicators on all interactive controls, with color contrast tested against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • A "skip to content" link at the top of every page for keyboard users.
  • Full keyboard support across navigation, forms, and the discovery-call booking widget.
  • Alternative text on meaningful images and decorative images marked appropriately.
  • Forms that pair every input with a programmatically associated label and surface error messages in text, not by color alone.

Known limitations

We are honest about areas that may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA:

  • The discovery-call booking widget on the home page is provided by Calendly, and the secure-checkout step at the end of signup is provided by Stripe. Those experiences are governed by Calendly's and Stripe's own accessibility commitments. If you encounter a barrier inside either of those third-party flows, please contact us — we will help you complete the same task through an alternative channel.
  • The home page uses a section-snap scroll layout on desktop. Keyboard navigation (Page Down / Page Up, Arrow keys, Home, End) is fully supported, and a skip link is provided. If this layout creates a barrier for you, please contact us and we will provide the same information through a linear page.

Contact us for help

If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of this website, or if you have feedback about how we can improve, we want to hear from you. Email admin@rothenberg-broadcast-academy.com with the subject line "Accessibility" and a description of the issue, the page you were on, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We aim to respond within five business days.

Ongoing review

We review the accessibility of our website on an ongoing basis and after every significant design change. This statement was last reviewed on May 27, 2026.
