SPORTS BROADCAST ACADEMY — PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT & WAIVER Summer Session Registration — Dave Rothenberg PROGRAM OVERVIEW By enrolling in the Sports Broadcasting Academy Summer Session, you agree to participate in a structured 6-week broadcast training program consisting of two 1-hour live sessions per week with instructor Dave Rothenberg, weekly assignments, and 1-on-1 coaching. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY The tuition for the Summer Session is $2,900 (one-time payment). All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after enrollment. In the event a session must be rescheduled due to instructor illness or emergency, a makeup session will be provided at no additional charge. PROGRAM COMMITMENT Participant acknowledges that: • Regular attendance is expected for all scheduled sessions. • Weekly assignments must be submitted on time to receive full feedback. • Active participation is essential to achieving broadcast-ready results. • Class sizes are limited to 6 participants per cohort to ensure quality instruction. RECORDING & MEDIA CONSENT Participant consents to sessions being recorded for educational review purposes. Participant's recordings and feedback sessions are confidential and will not be shared publicly without written consent. RELEASE OF LIABILITY Participant understands that sports broadcasting is a competitive industry. The Sports Broadcasting Academy makes no guarantee of employment or placement following completion of the program. Results depend on individual effort, talent, and market conditions. Participant releases Sports Broadcasting Academy, Dave Rothenberg, and associated parties from any liability for claims arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. CODE OF CONDUCT Participants agree to maintain professional conduct during all sessions. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York. All content and information generated by Sports Broadcast Academy with Dave Rothenberg in any form is provided only for educational and informational purposes. Sports Broadcast Academy with Dave Rothenberg attempts to ensure that content is accurate and obtained from reliable sources but does not represent it to be error-free. Sports Broadcast Academy with Dave Rothenberg may add, amend or repeal any policy, procedure or regulation, and failure to timely post such changes to its website, videos and/or written materials shall not be construed as a waiver of enforcement. Sports Broadcast Academy with Dave Rothenberg does not warrant that any functions on its website, videos and/or written materials will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, or that the website and/or video streaming will be free from viruses or other harmful components.
